Teina to Tuakana

Last week we did a self assessment and put ourselves into one of three categories Teina, Tupu or Tuakana. Teina means beginner and if you put yourself into it then you are beginning to manage yourself and learn effectively. Tupu is in the middle, if you are Tupu then you are learning to make better choices and are more responsible than in Teina. If you are Tuakana then you are responsible and can learn very effectively by yourself and in other groups and get special privileges. I put myself in Tupu because I want to make some progress and learn to be Tuakana instead of putting myself straight up there.
